About us
Goals and Methods
We aim to achieve therapeutic precision in musculoskeletal pain management.
Our approach is systematic, personalised and evidence-based.
In treating various musculoskeletal aches and pains, we employ a range of remedial massage and soft tissue therapy techniques, for example Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Acu-pressure, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release (MFR), Muscle Energy Technique (MET), Positional Release and Assisted Stretching.
Dry Needling is an integral part of our treatment plan in order to maximise the effectiveness of a remedial massage therapy.
I am well aware that forcibly digging into soft tissues is not the most desirable approach when dealing with soft tissue aches and pains. I proactively suggest the most suitable combination of techniques and modalities rather than simply leaving the selection of a modality to a client.
I have helped many of my clients improve their ongoing tension headache and various musculoskeletal aches and pains caused by bad posture, soft tissue degeneration, injury, or surgery.
Qualifications & Training
I am a fully qualified remedial massage therapist (Diploma of Remedial Massage, South Metro TAFE) with a qualification in Dry Needling.
I am also currently studying acupuncture and moxibustion full-time at Endeavour College of Natural Health.
